Start with Ecosystem Chat.
Everything else is a governed transition.
StegVerse is being reshaped from a collection of separate public pages into one governed ecosystem interface. A user should not have to choose between Demo, Wiki, Papers, Runtime, SDK, or Formalisms first. The user asks once; the ecosystem classifies the request and offers the appropriate transition path.
Ecosystem Chat is the primary operating surface for the Site. The other pages remain available as evidence, demonstration, formal definition, research, runtime evaluation, and implementation destinations. They should not feel like competing starting points.

Audit is evidence. Commit-time admissibility is control.
Logs can explain what happened. A commit boundary determines whether an action is still valid before it becomes an irreversible effect.
The StegVerse pattern is simple: reconstruct current state, re-derive current permission, recompute admissibility, then allow, deny, or fail closed.
Boundary doctrine
formalism-tests = proof/test source
Site = public mirror
Ecosystem Chat = primary operating surface preview, not proof source
HIL experiment = public research intake preview, not custody or scientific proof
TIDC research = progressively published research note, not a confirmed historical law
StegWallet = wallet-action admissibility and signature-boundary surface, not key custody
production = accredited participation, not final proof by itself
Site is a public mirror and transition router preview, not proof source.
